1. LOTS OF MOISTURIZER

First, taking care of your skin is more important than covering it up. As for skincare she has always used moisturizing lotions.

2. WASH YOUR FACE

Take off your make-up and WASH your face. Make sure that you have a clean face when you go to bed at night.

3. HEALTHY GLOW WITH ICE CUBES OR ICE COLD WATER

After she cleans her face in the morning she takes her face cloth with very cold water and puts it over her face for about 30 seconds. Or you can run an ice cube through your face. That helps to pull your skin up, closes your pores and looks good before applying make up.

4. RINSE YOUR HEAD WITH ICE COLD WATER

As well as for her hair she always uses gentle shampoo followed with a conditioner. For shinier hair she rinses her hair with cold water. That’s a trick she used long before salons like Drybar started doing that. As a result, rinsing your hair with cold water seals your cuticle so you have shinier hair.

5. USE SPF DAILY

You must must put on your spf daily.

6. STAY ACTIVE

9. DESTRESS

As we know, stress is a huge factor in aging. Whenever she feels stressed, she likes to go out for a walk. But if you can’t go outside – she recommends to lay down and listen to music for half an hour. That has always helped her – and the power of prayer.
