Potato Gratin with Ginger

There is finally a new recipe – due to the cold season I wanted to share with you this delicious and warm potato gratin with ginger. It’ so easy to make and the ingredients are staples, which I assume, that everybody already have at home, maybe without the ginger. Coconut milk for me is just a total staple food because it’s such an all-around talent, which you can use as a cream for desserts or for a sauce and it has also a long durability.
