Indem du deine Haare über Nacht zusammenbindest, wird Feuchtigkeit eingeschlossen, Frizz minimiert und Haarbruch verhindert, der auftritt, wenn deine Haare am Kissen reiben. Außerdem schützt man so sein Gesicht auch vor Hautunreinheiten.

Haare flechten oder einen tiefen Dutt:

Vor der Frisur, etwas Haaröl, Anti-Frizz Serum oder Leave-in Haar Konditioner im Haar verteilen.

Beim Flechten die Strähnen nicht ziehen, sondern ganz locker flechten.

  1. Verwende eine seiden Schlafhaube/mütze oder Seidenkissen

Eine Schlafhaube mag zwar altmodisch erscheinen, hilft aber deine Frisur zu erhalten und deine Haare zu schützen. Auch hilft ein Seidenkissen gegen Frizz.
