I want to introduce you to my favorite soup of all time – the classic noodle soup. I love this soup since I was little. The only annoying thing for me has been the carrots in the soup…some years ago we were at the wedding of my husband’s cousin in the Czech Republic, where I discovered a “new” version of the noodle soup.
Actually, I wanted to share with you this recipe at the start of last week. As I had so much studying to do lately, I couldn’t manage it…but you know “New week, new chances.”
As the weather is very beautiful here in Germany, I thought I would share with you this yummy potato salad. This colorful potato salad is perfect to bring with you to a barbecue. Also, it’s perfect, because it’s: Easy to make, fast, healthy and you’ll need just 5 ingredients.
I love tzatziki! Maybe because of its essential ingredient – garlic :)…you can also use it for many dishes. There is no barbecue without tzatziki. We like to eat it when we have not much time to cook something after work. We eat it with potatoes and veggie sausages, as a dip for veggies, chips…we also like to have some oven baked pretzels and dip it with the tzatziki.
