Easy Vegan Mousse Au Chocolat

Hello my loves,

this tasty tuesday recipe is for all the chocolate lovers out there just like me. So if you are craving some chocolate this recipe is just perfect for you and it’s also guilt-free. The ingredients of this, so easy to make, dessert are in fact really healthy. We have the Chia Seeds (you can read about their benefits in my previous posts: here 1 and here 2), oats, which are so filling and the cacao powder.

The benefits of cacao are truly fantastic: it can improve your memory, increase your bliss, reduce heart disease, shed fat, boost immunity, and create loads of energy.

mein Rezept für diese Woche ist für alle Schokofans unter euch. Ich weiß nicht wie es euch geht, aber ich liebe Schokolade. Also wenn ihr Heißhunger auf Schokolade habt, ist dieses Rezept perfekt für euch und außerdem ist es “sündenfrei”. Die Zutaten von diesem einfach zubereitendem Nachtisch sind sehr gesund. Da haben wir zum einen die Chia Samen, (wessen Vorteile ihr in meinen früheren Post lesen könnt: hier 1 und hier 2), Haferflocken, die sehr sättigen und zu guter letzt Kakao Pulver.

Roher Kakao ist sehr reich an Magnesium, schützt die Zellen mit wichtigen Antioxidantien und liefert verschiedene Inhaltsstoffe, die das Glücksgefühl steigern. Der hohe Calciumgehalt im Kakao unterstützt die Weiterleitung von Muskel- und Nervensignalen und stärkt die Knochen. Roher Kakao fördert auch die Verdauung, unterstützt die Produktion verschiedener Glückshormone und senkt den Blutdruck. Er entspannt den Körper und sorgt gleichzeitig für mehr Konzentration und Energie.

Superfood Kakao

 Das Rezept für dieses einfach und leckere Rezept habe ich von hier: Fitness_Id
Ingredients (1 size)
20 g Chia Seeds
30 g oats
20 g cacao powder
150 ml rice/oat/almondmilk

Zutaten (1 Portion)
20 g Chia Samen (Aldi, Müller)
30 g zarte Haferflocken (Aldi)
20 g stark entöltes Kakao / Kaba (dm)
150 ml Reis/Hafer/Mandelmilch (dm)
Mix all the ingredients in the listed order together and let it sit for about 30 minutes. For the best taste in my opinion you should let it stand overnight in your refrigerator. Then enjoy for breakfast with some fresh fruits. It’s also a great snack, when you’re on the go, you can just take it with you to school or work. If it’s not sweet enough for you, you can add some sugar. I love to eat it with banana, which is such a healthy sweetener. Enjoy it!

Vermische die Zutaten in der aufgelisteten Reihenfolge mit einander und lass es für 30 Minuten stehen. Für den besten Geschmack, nach meiner Meinung, solltet ihr dieses Dessert über Nacht im Kühlschrank stehen lassen. Dieses vegane Mousse au Chocolat eignet sich perfekt zum Frühstück mit ein paar Früchten. Außerdem ist es ein toller Snack, den ihr unterwegs mitnehmen könnt in die Arbeit oder Schule. Wenn es dir nicht süß genug ist, kannst du es selbstverstänlich noch nach Geschmack süßen. Ich verwende eine Banana als gesunde Alternative zum Süßen.

  1. Hmmm das sieht super lecker aus! Ich mag ja Chia Pudding auch super gern. Noch ein Tipp, wenn du den fertigen Pudding noch schnell im Mixer Pürierst dann schmeckt es noch mehr nach Mousse und ist super fluffig 😉
