Quick breakfast for us women on the go

Good morning ladies,

this breakfast is so delicious and also it’s my husband’s favorite (besides pancakes). It is so easy and quick to make. Life can be so busy and sometimes you just don’t have the time to prepare your food. So this one is perfect for you if you’re running late. Either if you’re a morning person or not, breakfast is just so important for you. A good breakfast is especially very important if you want to lose weight because it helps you to avoid all the food cravings throughout the day. If you’re like me and find it hard to eat early in the morning, then take it with you and eat it later at work or in school in your first break.

Tzatziki

I love tzatziki! Maybe because of its essential ingredient – garlic :)…you can also use it for many dishes. There is no barbecue without tzatziki. We like to eat it when we have not much time to cook something after work. We eat it with potatoes and veggie sausages, as a dip for veggies, chips…we also like to have some oven baked pretzels and dip it with the tzatziki.
