Good morning ladies,
this breakfast is so delicious and also it’s my husband’s favorite (besides pancakes). It is so easy and quick to make. Life can be so busy and sometimes you just don’t have the time to prepare your food. So this one is perfect for you if you’re running late. Either if you’re a morning person or not, breakfast is just so important for you. A good breakfast is especially very important if you want to lose weight because it helps you to avoid all the food cravings throughout the day. If you’re like me and find it hard to eat early in the morning, then take it with you and eat it later at work or in school in your first break.
But remember to start your day right.
Dieses Frühstück ist so lecker und das neue Lieblingsfrühstück von meinem Mann (natürlich nach Pfannkuchen). Es ist so einfach und schnell zu zubereiten. Das Leben kann oftmals so stressig sein und man hat nicht immer die Zeit groß etwas zum Essen vorzubereiten. Dieses Frühstück eignet sich perfekt zum mitnehmen. Egal ob ihr nun ein Morgenmensch seid oder nicht, Frühstück ist sehr wichtig. Vor allem wenn man abnehmen möchte, hilft es die Heißhungerattacken über den Tag zu vermeiden (habe das auch bei mir feststellen können). Wenn ihr, wie ich, morgens kaum etwas runter bekommt, dann esst einfach später, in der Arbeit oder in der ersten Schulpause.

You’ll need just two ingredients – smoothie (bought or self-made) and oats. Of course, you can use cereals, but be careful, because most of the cereals contain a lot of sugar. But for this recipe, I suggest the oats, they match perfectly and are a lot cheaper.
Du brauchst nur zwei Zutaten – Smoothie (gekauft oder selbstgemacht) und Haferflocken. Man kann natürlich aus Müsli nehmen, aber vorsicht die meisten Müslis beinhalten sehr viel Zucker. Was in diesem Falle unnötig ist, da die Haferflocken perfekt zum Smoothie passen und noch dazu viel günstiger sind.
Ingredients (1p)
1 smoothie
120 g oats (personal preference)
Optional: 2 Tbs Chia Seeds – they are not necessary for this recipe, but because of the great health benefits, we don’t want to miss it.
Zutaten (1P)
1 Smoothie (Favorit: Aldi “Ananas, Banane, Kokos”)
120 g Haferflocken kernig (nach Belieben)
Optional: 2EL Chia Samen – sind nicht wichtig fürs Rezept, aber aufgrund der tollen gesundheitlichen Vorteile von Chia, kommen die bei uns auf jedenfall rein.
This recipe is pretty basic, which you can top with fresh fruits, nuts … whatever you like.
Dieses Rezept ist ein Basis Rezept, welches du nach Lust und Laune noch mit frischem Obst, Nüssen etc. aufpeppen kannst.
If you don’t have time to eat it at home, simply fill the oats and chia seeds (opt.) in a container. The smoothie you can buy to go or bring with you from home in a bottle. Then just mix it together and your yummie breakfast is ready.
Wenn du keine Zeit hast es daheim zu essen, dann füll die Haferflocken mit den Chiasamen (opt.) in einen Behälter. Den Smoothie kannst du unterwegs kaufen oder in einer Flasche von daheim mitbringen. Dann nur noch mischen und fertig ist das leckere Frühstück.

Ich liebe solche simplen und schnellen Frühstücksideen! Toll auch, wenn man unterwegs ist und vergessen hat, etwas einzupacken, denn so einen Smoothie und Haferflocken bekommt man in jedem Supermarkt 🙂

Eine gute Idee mit dem Smoothie, wirklich perfekt für Tage an denen es stressig wird, denn Frühstück muss für mich immer sein, sonst bin ich gar nicht zu gebrauchen=)

Hey! Super Idee! Ich habe diese Problem andauernd, dass ich morgens spät dran bin und mir unterwegs irgendwas auf dem Weg beim bäcker holen muss…und dann kommen ja meist die süßen sünden^^…ich war im Sommer in einem Elite Hotel ,wo es hauptsächlich Bioprodukte gab, da ist mir erstmal aufgefallen, dass ich meinen Alltag vielleicht auch ein bisschen mehr darauf achten sollte, was ich so esse und mir vielleicht dann auch ein bisschen bedachter essen zuzubereiten^^…seitdem stöber ich immer ein bisschen rum und bin auf der Suce nach guten Tipps :)-…also vielen Dank, deine Seite ist echt super dafür! 🙂 LG, Pia

Es gibt ja viele, die ihr Müsli oder ihre Haferflocken mit O-Saft essen, aber ich bin noch nie auf die Idee gekommen, Smoothies dafür zu verwenden! Eigentlich so simpel 🙂 Das mach ich unbedingt nach 🙂
